Our GoBiz Management Team includes:
C. Bernard Fulp, Chairman of the Board and CEO Fulp brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to his role as Chairman of GoBiz Solutions, Inc. He led the organization of Middlesex Bank & Trust, a de novo bank established in 1997, and served as its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer until its acquisition. For more than 20 years, Fulp was affiliated with Bank of New England, most recently as Executive Vice President and Private Banking Division Head at Bank of New England. During his long association with the bank, Fulp also served as Senior Vice President for the Commercial Banking Division, Emerging Middle Market Group, where he managed a group of lenders charged with providing banking services to growing and privately held companies. Fulp is active in business and community affairs and public service. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Lesley University, and the Boards of Directors of the American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay, and The Ron Burton Foundation. From 1972 to 1982, he was a member of the Small Business Administration Boston Advisory Council. He has been honored by The Banker & Tradesman as a Leader Making a Difference. This year, Massachusetts Hall of Black Achievement at Bridgewater State College bestowed upon him the Mary Hudson Onley Award for his contributions to the financial services industry. Fulp is a graduate of the Program for Management Development (PMD) at Harvard University's Graduate School of Business Administration and he earned a Master of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut. Fulp holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Winston-Salem State University where he was named to Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities. |
