GoBiz Solutions Inc..respects you, your information, and the fact that you care how information about you is used and shared. We appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. GoBiz Solutions Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on www.gobizsolutions.com and our affiliates. We collect personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our web sites:

 

1. No personally identifying information is collected regarding casual users of this site.

 

2. If you have requested one of our free electronic newsletters, which are sent by email, you have supplied us with your email address. We retain that email address in order to send you the requested publication(s) and resolve any questions associated with your subscription or purchase. If you have provided us with additional comments or contact information we may use that to contact you about services in which you have expressed interest. Unsubscribe information is contained in each e-newsletter.

 

3. If you have purchased a subscription or other product from us we require certain personally identifiable information on the order form, such as your contact information (name, address, phone, email) and payment information (credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing, fulfillment, and customer service. When you enter payment data it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Purchases using an "invoice me" option are subject to additional verification by telephone and, if we deem it necessary, through third party sources. We validate other purchasing information through  third party payment providers that are PCI/DSS compliant.

 

When you have made a purchase, you will receive confirmation, and any necessary customer service communications, in the form and frequency you have requested, by email, postal mail, fax, or phone.

 

4. Other products and services, including voluntary contests and surveys, offered on our sites may request optional demographic information. We encourage you to submit this information to help us provide a better, more personal, service. Additional information is requested only to the extent necessary to fulfill a request and is disclosed in the initial information or instructions.

 

5. Our web server automatically gathers certain information and stores it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We do not use cookies on www.gobizsolutions.com. This information is analyzed in the aggregate and is not linked with personally identifiable information. It helps us to understand trends, administer sites, track usage, and gather general demographic information. We use summaries of aggregated information for marketing of our own products and services.

 

6. In the event of an essential service announcement, such as a maintenance suspension, we will attempt to notify you in advance, if possible, by email. Normally such notifications are included in the electronic newsletters. You may opt out of these communications by deactivating or canceling your account or service.
