GoBiz Solutions, Inc. (“GoBiz”) is providing this privacy statement to clients and prospective clients to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Since important information from customers and visitors streams through our portal (the “Site”), this privacy statement informs you of our dedication to privacy and our practices to maintain such privacy. We reserve the right to change this statement and will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30) days prior to the change taking effect. To be effective, the change must first be approved by TRUSTe, and will include directions on how users may respond to any change.

General Overview

This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for the Site. This privacy policy notifies you of:

• What personally identifiable information of you or your company is collected through the web site
• How such information is shared
• With whom such information is shared
• What choices are available to you regarding collection, use and distribution of such information
• The kind of security procedures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of such information under GoBiz Solutions control
• How you can correct any misinformation or inaccuracies of your information

Collected Information

All customers who register to use services offered by GoBiz Solutions are required to provide contact information, including but not limited to name, company name, address, phone number, email address; and qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of users within the organization that will be using GoBiz Solutions. If we have difficulty processing an order, this contact information is used to contact the user.

This billing information is not used by GoBiz Solutions for marketing or promotional purposes. GoBiz Solutions, Inc. uses a third party intermediary to manage credit card processing, and such intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.

At the time you decide to purchase any service or product from the Site, we may ask for additional personal information, such as title, department name, fax number or additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees, or industry. You can update or remove their personal information at any time by logging into the Site and editing your (or your company’s) personal information within Setup, and view these changes to confirm that edits have been made. GoBiz Solutions uses this information to establish service for individuals and their organizations. We may also use this information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest, customer feedback, and future events.

We may use third party sources to supplement information provided by you. As an example, to validate your address, we may
implement other sources to help us maintain accuracy.

If you elect to refer a colleague to our site, information such as the colleague's name and email address are requested. GoBiz Solutions will automatically send the colleague a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. GoBiz Solutions does not store this information.

Account Confidentiality

You are requested to provide GoBiz with an email address when registering for the service in order for GoBiz to provide a username and password. We may also email information regarding updates to the service or company, and will send a customer newsletter and/or notification. Customers are invited to receive an email newsletter by providing an email address. Your email addresses and personal information will not be shared with or distributed to third parties. You can opt out of receiving any communication by emailing support@gobizsolutions.com at the time it is distributed, or any time you register on the Site.

You may use the site to host data and information. GoBiz will not review, share, distribute, print or reference any such data except as provided in the GoBiz Solutions Master Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Master Agreement, or as may be required by law. You are responsible for your user registration and password in order to maintain the confidentiality and security of your account.

Protection of Your Information

GoBiz owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the GoBiz Solutions application. As our customer, you retain all rights toyour data. We will never sell or share your client data with any third parties, contact your clients directly, or use your data for our own marketing purposes. We will not implement your data in our databases to compete with you, market to your clients, advertise to, or contact them for any other means of profit. We respect and are committed to the privacy of our subscribers, and the privacy of their client data.

Third Party Sites

The Site may contain links to other web sites. GoBiz is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. It is the responsibility of the customers and visitors to check the policy statement of these other web sites to understand their policies; otherwise, they may be disclosing their private information.

Security

The Site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of data under our control. When the Site is accessed using Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer (versions 5.5 or higher), Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that data is safe, secure, and available only to you. GoBiz Solutions also uses an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications and hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, GoBiz Solutions provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a user logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data and information.

Changes in Our Business

Should we sell, merge or transfer any part of our business, part of the sale may include your personal information. If so, you will have the opportunity to ask not to receive promotional information following any such sale.
